Where are my items shipped from? 

All items are shipped directly from us in Sydney to you!

What if I want to return my item? 

We accept returns of faulty items or change of mind returns within 14 days of purchase. If the return is due to change of mind you just have to cover the postage back to us. 

What if the item I want is out of stock? 

Don't hesitate to send us an email and we will let you know the timeframe which we will restock your item.
